How do I add a vendor from the list of carriers?

STEP 1:

Navigate to DealerAccelerate’s Settings Menu. You can do this by either clicking the triangle on the DealerAccelerate navigation menu (located at the top of your screen) and clicking “Settings” or by clicking the “Settings” link on the bottom of any DealerAccelerate page.

STEP 2:

In the Settings Menu, click the “Vendors” tab (Fig. 1).

NOTE: The number of tabs on your Settings screen may vary from what is picture above, based on your user permissions.

STEP 3:

Under the Vendors tab, click the “Add Vendor” button (Fig. 2) located above the top right corner of the Vendors list. This will create a new Vendor record.

This will create a new Vendor record (Fig. 3).

STEP 4:

In the new Vendor record, enter all available information. Under the “General Info” section, select “Carrier” from the “Vendor Type” drop down menu (Fig. 4).

When you’ve enter all available information, click the “Create” button in the top right corner of the new Vendor record. A notification will appear in the top right corner of your screen to indicate the new Vendor record has been successfully created.

To return to the Vendors list, click the “Back to vendors list” link in the top left corner of the Vendor record.
